Seamless Gutter Installation
Built for Florida’s Weather
Florida is one of the rainiest states in the U.S., and during the summer months, rainfall can be especially intense. This huge amount of water requires a properly designed gutter system with enough capacity to move water away from your home efficiently. Poor drainage can lead to roof damage, foundation issues, erosion, staining and leaks around your home.
That’s why Gecko Gutter installs high-capacity seamless K-style gutters designed to meet all of the weather demands of Florida.

What kinds of gutters do you offer?
We offer the following:
- 6” and 7” K-style seamless gutters
- Over 50 color options to match your home
- Durable materials built for long-term performance

Do I need a permit?
Will Gecko Gutter provide what I need if I live in an HOA?
If your HOA requires approval for gutter installations, we assist you with the documentation you will need.
Once your quote is complete, your estimator will provide you copies of:
- Your quote (which clearly lists all of the materials that will be used along with a detailed drawing of the work)
- Our liability insurance policy (HOAs do require this)
- Our licensure
We will also provide you with our workers compensation insurance policy. HOAs do not require this, but we carry it to ensure our workers are taken care of in case of injury.
What if my HOA requires additional documents?
While the above-mentioned are the standard documents HOAs ask for, in some cases they will request additional items. Please let us know if that is the case, and we will assist you.
These may include:
- A copy of your home’s site survey (usually completed during the closing process) that has been highlighted to show gutter placement
- A picture of the gutter color and/or material
- A certificate of liability insurance, or “COI”, with the name of the subdivision added as the certificate holder
We are happy to provide additional documentation to make the process easy for our customers who need to take HOA guidelines into account.
